too! We recommend that paddlers come prepared to have the most enjoyable day possible on the water so we have
provided a list of clothing and gear that you should bring with you.

Round Lake Paddle Trip: Sept 23, 2017
Round Lake is part of the WILLIAM C. WHITNEY WILDERNESS. The round-trip distance will be 7-10 miles
depending on the wind/weather conditions for the day. Our first 1.5 miles will be down the marshy outlet that flows from Little Tupper to Round Lakes. Various waterfowl
are often spotted here. Eagles, herons and loons inhabit this area also. This is planned as an exploratory paddle trip with opportunities to view marsh and bog vegetation
as well as other wildlife encountered throughout the day. There are remnants from the log driving that was done in the early-mid 1900's down the Round Lake Outlet to the
Bog River that we plan to check out. There may also be an opportunity to swim at one of the sandy beaches on Round Lake. There are no portages on this trip other than
getting the boat to the water. Minimum of 3 people necessary to confirm this trip at this price. Limited to 6 people. Cost: $100/person.
